What Greenhouse coordinates

We review where your document was issued, what type of document it is, and what the receiving authority in the UAE requires. The service can include Virginia notarization where appropriate, state or federal authentication, DC-area handoff, tracking and return coordination. For broader routing help, review our apostille and document authentication services.

Common file types

  • FBI background checks and eligible federal documents
  • Birth, marriage and other personal records
  • Diplomas, transcripts and educational documents
  • Powers of attorney and affidavits
  • Corporate and commercial documents

Current UAE processing note

UAE document-attestation procedures in Washington changed in 2025. The UAE Embassy states that personal and educational document attestation is handled through VFS Global, and those documents must first be authenticated by the U.S. Department of State. The Embassy also directs business and corporate documents through the applicable Secretary of State before the VFS stage.
